Cinzia Farina: Italian visual artist, with a predilection for collage and the interweaving of word and image, she was born and lives in Enna, umbilicus Siciliae. Ex-teacher of Art History and critic, journalist until 2014, she collaborated on the realization of exhibitions, graphic products, costumes and sets. Author of texts and illustrations in publications for children, she has conducted workshop experiences and creative reuse of waste materials for both adults and children. Today she prefers working on visual poetry, artist's book, multi-material assembly and installation. She is also active in the field of Mail Art, as a form of free expression, based on the gratuitousness of exchange and gift. She is present in collective exhibitions of Visual Poetry (Brazil, Serbia, France, Argentina, Italy, Spain, Portugal), artist's books (Italy, Romania, Hungary, Spain), contemporary art (Italy, Poland, France), in private collections and archives in Italy and in the world, in specialized magazines (including Vitruvius, Illustrati, Ffoom, Aura poesia visual, El Humo, Procedimentum, Nuire, Carie, Frequenze Poetiche, Utsanga, Sonicboomjournal) and in several Zine realized in Chile, Germany, Spain, Italy, Mexico, U. S.A., South Africa, Ireland, Taiwan.
