Barrie Tullett is Programme Leader in Graphic Design at the University of Lincoln, and co-founder of the Caseroom Press, an artists' book collective based in Lincoln and Edinburgh. As a freelance graphic designer, his clients have included Canongate Books, Princeton University Press and Penguin Books. He is editor of Typewriter Art: A Modern Anthology (Laurence King, 2014), and RUHUMAN: The Typewriter Art of Keith Armstrong (The Caseroom Press 2022). For the last 30 years or so has been working on a project to illustrate each canto of Dante's Divine Comedy using different commercially obsolete typographic technologies.
