Forty-five Ottawa poets : Cameron Anstee : Two poems

folio : Forty-five Ottawa poets

Current projects on the go include the following: I am editing my book of essays about small press book design in Canada, forthcoming from Palimpsest Press this fall; I have a third trade collection of poetry forthcoming from Knife Fork Book in 2027; my chapbook press, Apt. 9, will end its brief hiatus this year so plans are beginning to form for new titles; in terms of my own new poetry, I am working on a manuscript using rubber stamp (from which my contribution to this folio is excerpted) that I am thinking of as a kind of companion to my typewriter book, Sheets. Ideas for further projects are forming, but have not yet had time to develop.

A book of essays is forthcoming from Palimpsest Press in 2026 (Footnotes: Case Studies in Canadian Small Press Book Making) and a collection of poetry is forthcoming from Knife Fork Book in 2027 (Narrows). He is the editor and publisher of Apt. 9 Press and holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Ottawa.
