The provided collection of poems are about moving away from things that no longer serve you. It encompasses poems about my own internal struggles, interpersonal conflicts, and fictional recounts of change and transition. It is not pretty. It is not a comprehensive story. It is a revocation of the things that I no longer need. It is a reminder that we don’t have to keep the things we do not value. That we can move on from that which does not help us Become.
